This is a rather good idea to get people to actually throw away trash, but it's unfortunate that keeping the parks clean has to be “fun” for people to actually do it :\

I agree with Scott, but with desperate times one must find desperate meassures, even an “bottomless” bin.
Still it is a funny idea, I could stand around it and throw trash all day, would make the parks a lot cleaner :)
