I am in the Green Club at my school, so we talk a lot about ways to help the planet. The other weekend, we went to HEB to hand out free reusable bags. When I went, I was surprised to find how many people refused to take one or said they had some but left them at home. Which made me wonder: If they’re at home, why not just take the free reusable one for this trip instead of the plastic ones? I also saw that the people who had already brought their own bags were the ones that took the bags we were handing out the most. This made me realize how many people are just too lazy to use their own bags and also, about the polution facts of plastic bags we were showing. Here are some:
