Hi everbody!
Okay, I would like to start with one environmental quote: ”God has cared for the trees, saved them for drought, disease, avalanches and a thousand tempests and floods. But he cannot save them from fools.”
Today’s man is destroying forests to build dams and cultivate land.He doesn’t care if he’s destroying our environment, he doesn’t care how ,any animals got instinct because of him.We need to stop that.We have to do something about it and finally we can.If we could just turn off televisions, lights and computers whenever we can we could change a lot.Don’t drop water, save it! Instead of taking the car, walk!
Please think about it.We can save our planet by doing little things that mean a lot.
Our planet is in trouble and he needs help!

The main purpose of all this (iscfc and einztein) is to make people aware of their actions and I really hope that we will succeed.

I think that It would be more effective just to create clean, renewable energy available to everybody, because lots of people these days don't care enough to do those types of things. Think about a world exactly like the one we have today, but we get our energy not from coal or oil, but from wind or sun. We could all drive hydrogen cars, and we could keep our lifestyle, minus all of the emissions.

Hi Tor! I think that the idea of a world with only renewable energy, sounds really great, but I guess that for now it's just an unattainable dream. It would probably be too expensive and too impractical to replace all the energy sources that we have today. I also think that the majority of people wouldn't agree to give up all the comfort at once. You mentioned that we could keep our lifestyle, but I think that it would be impossible directly after the switch to renewable sources. We would have to give up some things, because the renewable sources probably produce less energy than our present energy sources. I think that instead of that drastic change, it would be better to make the changes more gradually. For example, we can start using some of the renewable sources, but we can continue to use the old ones too. Eventually, we can reduce the using of the old energy sources, but we don't have to completely remove them. In that way, the change will not seem so sudden and more people would probably go with it!
