Discussion Sustainable city

Hello everybody from Belgium ;) ,
My city would be with a lot of trains and subway where the electricity would be produced with the wind.
Everybody would have , on their floor, solar panels.
There would be a lot of parks and gardens

In my city there are many garden, parks. Blois in a clean city contrarely at Paris, the capitale. I think all the big city are dirty. They comsume many CO2, because there are many habitant, many underground, many bus, many car.Big city are very noisy.
