What do you think about thorium as a new fuel for the powerplants? Since it’s alot more common and alot more secure to use thorium as fuel. This is because when you create uranium-235 out of the thorium and then cleaves the core it creates alot less heavy substances that has a long half-life that is the reason for the massive amount of time that the nuclear waste has to be stored.
