Discussions Discussion Student footprints
amanda I, April 25, 2012

my name is Amanda and im from the United States.
Joining this page has helped me to understand how the different places of the world have different carbon footprints. Some ways we can help are by reduce, reuse, recyle. we can reduse our use of platics and glasses and we can also reuse them. For example we can obtain one cup that we chose to drink out of everyday, and by doing this we are reducing our carbon footprint.

I agree with you on your recying aspect. You might also consider not even using any sort of plastics. Glass containers are a lot stronger and they don't break down and leech chemicals into your food and they are also not a biproduct of the petrol industry.
