Ema P - Croatia, Nov. 17, 2011

Hello everyone! I’m very happy and proud to take part in this whole thing, especially because this is the first project of that kind for Croatia. I wonder have you ever heard of it? In our country, in my point of view, the main problem is that Croatians don’t know much about our environmental responsibility as mankind. It’s such a shame for young people to think about the ones who care about better tomorrow as ” silly nerds.” I hope we’ll change their opinions during these projects. As this is my first post, I would love to share with all of you this fascinating video which ends with sad - but true sentence: ” Only when we accept that we’re not going to live forever will we be able to truly appreciate the short spark of our existence and live our lives fulfilled. ” How do you like it? And what do you do to motivate your friends to participate in projects like this?

P.S. I’m sorry if my English is not as good as yours, hope you’ll understand what I meant to say. :)

This is a very good video, i really agree with everything that is said and quite honestly, we are not meant to live forever and whatever happens we will not. No fence to anyone religious, but i believe that reaching for a better life after this one is a bad idea because we do not know if there will be one. Make something out of this one instead. It is everything that we have.

Hi Lucas, and thank you! I must admit I agree with what you said about religion. It's funny how religion takes its place everywhere, but I think that's quite a problem. Maybe we could make a new discussion about how does the religion affect on people when making big decisions etc.?
