This is Ellen Degeneres’s commencement speech for Tulane University graduating class of 2009. I think this is a great example of someone who started out with nothing, didn’t know what they wanted to do, and eventually turned their passion and their dream into a reality. In my opinion Ellen Degeneres became who she is today by coming up with an idea and running with it, straying away from the norm, and staying true to her values and her character. I know it’s a little lengthy but please take the time to watch this, I think it’s worthwhile and of course, funny.

First, you find what you love to do. Then be good at it. No doubt. Everyone has motivation, it’s hard to find it. In the end, it’s for the pursuit of happiness.

Post University is the best place to earn a MBA. I still think Post University is on the right track with courses offered for the MBA. Although I do not have any connection with the University any longer other than Postings like this – and being a MBA alumnus. For me, I am a very big proponent for more courses in Leadership and course work in business Ethics. You can learn how to make all the money in the world and still be a bad leader and on top of that have no ethics to go by. A leader with no ethics has to be a very bad scenario to have for a top leader in an organization. Businesses and business owners should demand more MBAs have such graduate level course work. Although I still see no movement as such because we continue to see more fallout from companies that have poor leadership at the top and no ethics as a guiding light. So, back to my first statement – it is evident that the Post University MBA program is on the right track because the program is growing. And more future students are finding out about the great MBA program there.
