PINA is a feature-length dance film in 3D with the ensemble of the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, featuring the unique and inspiring art of the great German choreographer, who died in the summer of 2009.

PINA is a film for Pina Bausch by Wim Wenders.
I hope you like it.:)

PINA is one of the more extraordinary films I've ever seen. A monumentous tribute to Pina Bausch. Pina passed away during the preparation of this documentary. But Wim Wenders end up carrying on with the production. If you want to see some of PIna's best known peices, this Wim Wenders film is definately worth seeing! +1

I feel what Sage T posted.. but in the Bay Area it’s not just a dance.. it’s a MOVEMENT - people are active in the community here and express what goes on through dance.. check out this Oscar Grant memorial video

Community expression through dance is a powerful concept. It has existed in communities around the world for centuries. This Bay Area interpretation of local dance culture is superb and very moving.
